Well side effects gone I think but anxiety through roof today !
I’ve done some meditation on calm but after I’ve done it’s back, why can I not seem to get a grip with it fgs x

Anxiety can be eased by appropriate medication.  My GP prescribed Betablockas ....... and I have an emergency drug when necessary. 

How is your diet over all?

Diet is good and been diagnosed as pre diabetic which I expected as genetic in my family

My recent blood tests have come back pre .......... cholesterol levels within normal limits  :-\

O bugger really? My cholesterol was a wee bit higher than before so stopped having lurpak and croissant that should help!

Bugga - I've felt sick since  :-\.  I have a finger of 'twirl' for pudding at lunch time and evening, plus ice cream and fruit juices through the day.  Need to review my whole intake - that'll be the box of Blackmagic off the C.mas list then  >:(

I do feel fatter though  :-\ ..........

At least my anxiety has been OK ..........  ::)
