Sorry, think I posted in wrong section!

I’m 45, peri and been on Everol sequi for 18 months, gad a few tweaks to start but my symptoms of brain fog, joint ache no sleep disappeared. Fast forward to Sunday and I had a breakthrough bleed! My bleeds are always regular when I change to week 4 from ev 50 to conti. I only finished my bleed last week but on Sunday the period type pain and bleed was such a shock! I’ve noticed my knee joints are also aching now and I didn’t sleep well. Could this be I need a tweak on the dose? Would a breakthrough be caused by this?

Any advice would be welcomed as I’m getting myself into a state!!

Which symptom would you like to ease first?  It could be a drop in oestrogen arguing with the HRT.
