Yes your periods can stop on HRT (mine stopped). Katherine, try to take Utrogestan vaginally every day, or 25/3. When you take vaginally, you will have less side effects.

Thanks Ellie. I take utrogestan orally because without it I only have light and unrestorative sleep. Utrogestan makes me sleep deeply so that’s why I’m trying to stick with it. But I think I need a break every month so I will try the 25/3. X
