Hi all - I’ve just started on testosterone a couple of weeks ago and noticed my bloated tummy has reduced! The prescription says to have one pump every 2nd day (Tostran 2%). I was scared to take a full pump so have been taking a pea sized amount. If I’m only having a small amount, would it be okay to have it every day? I imagine that must be okay but just looking for reassurance 😬. Thanks for your advice. 🥳

Update - I’ve just noticed instructions online saying that one pump should release a pea sized amount. So that means I’ve already been using the full dosage, I thought I was using half a dose. I’m sure the first time I pumped it quite a lot came out 😬. I’ll need to stick to every second day then. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve answered my own question. Thank you 😂

Hi if you’re using Tostran then it is one pump every other day.

The pea sized amount refers to Testogel as a sachet lasts 10-14 days. X

I use 1 pump of Tostran every other day, it's the right dose for me.

That depends how good you at measuring half pumps. My experience (with oestrogel not Tostran) was anything from 1/4 to 3/4 pump. I think it matters more with Tostran that you get the prescribed dose so personally I wouldn't try.
