Great Flossieteacake
I will try estriol twice a day to see if that helps, again I know it's all trial + error.
So thankful to have all you ladies to help. My GPS are either young females who haven't experienced all this or males! although I've got to say it was a older male gp who finally told me I could use estriol every day !
Many thanks

I am impressed by the GP who said you could use it daily. All the ones I have spoken to did not know that. :)

Great thanks
Lots of pages on that to read so will work my way through them.
Could I also ask about the Multi gyn gel (I think that's what it's called)
I have bought it but not used it yet (don't want to put too much down there) but when/how often do you use it ?
Any help would be appreciated.
