As well as wondering whether you will 'get there' B4 needing the loo, which will hike any anxiety!

Oh Ayesha thankyou, I started my prep at 6am and have been tied to the loo ever since, just hope it calms down to give me enough time to get to the hospital for 5pm, that’s my concern, otherwise this prep regime IS JUST AWFUL!!

By the time you get to leaving for the hospital and you have taken all the liquid, all that comes away should be a clear fluid from the bowel, so not too disastrous if you have an accident.
I got stuck in the usual London traffic jams and was very much regretting not taking spare knickers and liners with me, but they were not needed, anxiety can be a damn nuisance! I didn't even need to visit the loo when I got there and only went when I got back home.

I hope it all goes well for you X
