Starting progesterone
«
on:
November 08, 2022, 07:04:48 AM »
Hi all,
Back again!
I'm at day 15 of hrt, been doing the gel for 14 days and today I start progesterone.
Any tips or advice on what to expect please?
I gather its best to take it at bedtime, my friend said it made her quite dizzy.
Thanks 😊

Hi
What sort are you using? It is best to take it at night as it can have a sedative effect.

I've had some weird symptoms today, nausea, headache and cold sensitivity on my face (after having a flushed face recently)
Are these likely to be hrt related?
Starting to regret having them

Thought I was feeling better today but just had a funny turn, like I was going to faint. It was horrible, now I feel jittery.
