I really hope this isn't a silly question because I've searched and can't seem to find a definitive answer.
On the Oestrogel/Utrogestan regime where the utrogestan is taken on day 15 to day 26 inclusive, so 12 days. Once a bleed occurs does that reset the cycle to day 1 again or do you continue with the original 1-28 days then reset to day 1?
In other words is Day 1 always running in four week cycles or does it move depending on which day the bleed arrives and that resets the cycle back to day 1?
