Femoston conti

Hello everyone

I'm new here though not to the menopause sadly. I'm 55 and have been on HRT for 7 years.  I started with Elleste Duet which I got on really well with and then due to supply issues was changed to Femoston. Initially I was on 1/10 and then increased to 2/10 due to heavy bleeding. Bleeding got worse and after normal ultrasound and hysteroscopy I was changed to Femoston Conti.  I had a rough start on it - menopause symptoms came back with a vengeance and I had awful GI symptoms but I'm month 2 and things are better.  I do have diarrhoea which is manageable but I have been bleeding on and off. Does anyone know if this is a normal side effect and will things settle down?  My GP is pretty useless and practice nurse (who is amazing) is off long-term sick.  I expect its just going to take my body a few months to adjust but wondered if anyone else had bleeding on Femoston conti?

Looking forward to meeting and chatting  :)
