I increased my estraderm from 37.5mcg to 50mcg on Sunday.

I have noticed my anxiety and palpitations creeping back, is this normal as I've increased my patch strength on Sunday, even though its only by 12.5mcg

You could be anxious as you know you have increased it and are concerned about the effects. I know when I am worried about a new medication I am unsure if the medication or my worries are causing the anxiety.

How bad is the anxiety for you? Do you think it will pass or is it bad enough to reduce the patch? If so then perhaps you will be okay on the lower dose. Not everybody needs the same dose.

It is good to hear it is manageable. I really hope the anxiety lessens for you.

yes i will give it a mth and i will cut a bit off the patch if i need to.
