Ref: Estraderm patches
« on: October 05, 2022, 10:57:01 AM »

Well I've just had a chat with my lovely gp.

We've managed to get hold of estraderm patches mx 50's.

I've been on 37.5 (patch and a half) and I was going to cut a bit off the mx 50's, but he suggested since I'm on 37.5 anyway, why not try the 50's.

I know its only a little bit more but I wanted to go low and slow do you think this is a bit too much, too quick?

I've been on hrt since 25th August and I went on 37.5 estraderm on 13th Sept, and I've felt fine on it xxx

As you have felt okay I would give it a go. If you feel bad you can always try reducing it.

Thanks for your help, Flossieteacake and Dotty,

When I say I feel fine, my sleep, whilst not great is going in the right direction and my anxiety seems better, which is the main two reasons I went on hrt.
