I’ve made the decision to stop HRT. Was on Sandrena gel and utrogestan. I gave it 5 months but couldn’t take the sore breasts, low mood, sluggish feeling, acne breakouts and bloated stomach (loose bowels every morning too). Quite frankly I’d rather have night sweats over this. The withdrawal from utro has been pretty grim, but I’m feeling much better after 6 days. Flushing already back but I feel less anxious & tired and my stomach is already back to normal. I know HRT is wonderful for a lot of people, sadly not for me. I’m going down the herbal route now, so let you know how that goes.
