Rotating patches / better absorption?
« on: October 02, 2022, 03:23:34 PM »

I’ve ended up with a mix of estradot and everol. I noticed feeling better after using estradot after a few weeks of using the everol. Then that seems to have waned after a couple of weeks.

I wondered if it’s about applying them in more places; ie, lower tummy and then upper thigh or bottom? I’ve seen some patches say 4 different places on your lower back for example.

I’ve always put on lower tummy but usually around same area, alternating sides. I’ve been changing x3 days as had been noticing it wearing off. Today I put on upper thigh/ hip. Possibly better, hard to tell.

Could it help?

I do not see any harm in trying it. It is worth giving it a go and seeing how you find it. :)

Yep good point 😄

I feel like I’m just a human science experiment right now trying all these different patch strengths and regimes!

I can relate. I think experimenting is the way to go as we are all different.  :)
