The Value of Updates
« on: September 27, 2022, 05:50:39 PM »

Hello ladies.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the ladies who are kind enough to  update the forum after an appointment or regime change.

It is so helpful to learn if particular problems were resolved and passing that information on to other MM users benefits everyone, both now and in the future.

Take care everyone.

K.

Yes indeed Kathleen, very good point!

I’ve been remiss on the thyroid results thread about not updating my latest results. The reasons are sometimes not clear. In my case it is trying to get my own head around the results so that when I post, my interpretation of the test results  can be of benefit to others.
This can be a bit overwhelming!

But, it is of course of great benefit when you post results, what others have to say.

Hello Marchlove

You make a good point, thank you.

I suppose I was thinking about all the times we say that we are seeing our GP or specialist but then never return to the forum and explain what happened. It's frustrating because the story is incomplete and if the original poster has found a solution to their problem it would be nice if they could share the information with everyone else.

I accept that I have likely been guilty of all this  in the past and I will try to do better in the future.

Take care ladies.

Yes certainly Kathleen.
Follow up’s with GP’s and menopause specialists and resolution of some symptoms would provide useful feedback for us all.

I’ll try and do better as well x
