i take utro vaginally and since im bypassing the digestive tract i presume the stuff about taking it on an empty stomach doesnt apply xxxx

i was using the same and using it PV.     I didn't worry about avoiding food as not going through digestion.   (I have stopped it for now though as not having good time with 3rd attempt of HRT so still get side effects PV.)

You're right, when you use it vaginally it doesn't matter what's in your stomach.
