I'm 56 , postmenopausal & have been taking Femeston Conti for just over a month now, I can't say I feel any improvements. What I do feel is fluidy!? My joints all feel stiffer than ever & I look & feel incredibly water logged on my legs. Literally got the agility of a slug 😐. Anyone else found this? And I wonder if that's just my tough luck?, Or would changing to patches be an idea?
