Anybody had problems with hearing/ bubbling/blocked ears caused by hrt or perhaps just menopause?

yep.  I have had tinnitus - for years.  As well as thinking that I am deaf, a test recently showed no real problems.

Thank  you I thought it was just me! The doctor advised ear drops but they haven’t helped at all.

As oestrogen levels drop muscles may become lax which includes the Eustuchian tubes in the ear canal.

Have you had a very sudden loss of hearing over 24 hours or 2/3 days? If yes, I will send you a link. You would need to get an urgent steroid course to prevent permanent hearing loss. I have this problem now but the doctors failed to give me the steroid.
