Did the GP give any idea as to what they think is causing your symptoms? How horrible for you to have to deal with this.

Just thought, did they send the sample to a lab for testing? That will give a more accurate result.

You've got to be kidding.. nothing, just a text, they don't even bother updating people about anything now, you just have to phone them to see if they've done what they said.
I was meant to have an HRT review last month (hospital not GP), and it was booked for October, now it's been cancelled without reason and moved to January, so I have absolutely no support on that front.

What appalling service. It sounds like you have been left totally alone to figure out what is wrong.

It seems to be the same everywhere.  18 months ago DH had a painful knee: X-ray showed nothing amiss, reported as 'no further action required'.  Did any1 tell him  :beat: :beat: :beat: nope. He had to phone the Surgery who then got his GP to speak to him - that took nearly 3 weeks from the X-ray!
