Hi does anyone use Ovestin and no other hrt like patches etc do you find this works . I am thinking of coming off my patches and just using ovestin . Will it still work the same as I got told I am better using other form of hrt as well . But my patches have brought my anxiety back my hair is thining and just fed up

Luckily I don't require HRT other than 'ovestin'.

Which symptom would you like to ease?  Why did you begin HRT?  It mayB that your symptoms have settled, weaning off your regime may be the way to go.

Anxiety can be treated - as a sufferer I know how awful it can be.

Ovestin will treat vaginal atrophy but will not help other symptoms. I am sorry to hear you are having such a bad reaction to HRT. It can be really hard to find one that does not give unwanted side effects.

I'm just on vagirux but then I don't need many other symptoms treated

Some women need systemic HRT in addition to vaginal oestrogen to control vaginal atrophy symptoms ie local oestrogen alone is sometimes not sufficient.
