Livial
« on: August 31, 2022, 01:28:55 PM »

Hi can anyone give me advice? Iv been taking livial for 1 week. Feel really great except I can’t sleep. I take it at 8 in the morning. Last night I was at my wits end so took an utrogestan and I feel asleep and woke up and felt great. Would tht be too much progesterone or do I need to give me body more time? I was on Everol 50 and utrogestan 1 every night. Thank you Allana. X

Lack of sleep is draining.  Sorry can't answer your query, is there anything in the leaflet in the box?
