Help please moving from patch to gel
« on: October 14, 2022, 05:58:06 AM »

Hello ladies

Could really do with some help as I haven’t heard back from Dr Currie.
I’ve not been able to tolerate my Everol patches and will have to move back to gel.

I was on 100mcg patch so previously on 3 pumps of gel. How would I do this? Remove the patch and apply gel the same day? What’s the best way do you think?

Thanks for help in advance

I think I would remove the patch in the morning and apply the gel straightaway. Or remove it at night and put gel in the next morning.

If you are on a 100 patch then the equivalent gel would be 4 pumps.

Good luck x

shopping queen I could not get on with patches either and went back on the gel a couple of months ago and am feeling a lot better hormone wise already.  Good luck and hope the change back goes really well for you xxx

Thanks Pippa
I’m so glad you are improving that’s brilliant news. Do you mind my asking watch dose patch you were on and how many pumps you switched to? I know we’re all different xxx
