increasing HRT

Hi I’m new and wondered if anyone had increased their Evorel patches from 50 to 75 and felt a bit sick on them. I am on day 5 of the increase and just felt really nauseous yesterday and today and wondered if this was normal and how long it goes in for as I hate feeling sick 😩

Hello Zoe and welcome to the forum. I tend to feel sick when I have an increase. I hope the sickness passes soon for you.

Hopefully it will pass soon for you. But you could ease the transition by going from 50 to 62.5 then to 75...
