Hi.

I'm new here and recently realised I may be perimenopausal as my periods have become less frequent and I'm having some classic symptoms like hot flushes. Another thing I've been experiencing is deja vu. I do/watch/read something then shortly afterwards get a sense that I've done it before. I feel certain that I've done it in the past even if that's totally impossible.

Has anyone experienced this as a symptom of menopause?

Hello VioletFerret. Welcome to the forum. I get deja vu such a lot but I have always done this. I have never heard it is menopause related.

I’ve had Deja va for most of my life, I use to see people aura when I was a child, see two ghosts, one as a child and one about 17 years old.
I don’t believe my deja va has gotten more common with menopause
