You might, if very lucky, get testosterone gel from your GP, but many are not confident or knowledgeable enough to prescribe it. You could ask for a referral to a NHS menopause clinic, but waiting lists are very long. Alternatively, your GP can contact a specialist for "advice and guidance". You could also consult a menopause specialist privately, if that is an option.
They normally like your oestrogen levels to be optimised before testosterone is prescribed, so it can also depend on whether your other menopause symptoms are controlled.
