Wobble 15 years after Full hysterectomy
« on: August 20, 2022, 12:57:35 PM »

I had a full hysterectomy over 14 years ago and have been on evorel 100 and testosterone for all of that time. I have started feeling anxious, panicky, flushy and generally a fuzzy head. For the past couple of months. Does anyone have  experience with this, as I am not sure if it is low or high estrogen? Thanks Lucie

That's the million dollar question unfortunately. Some people seem to need more oestrogen as they get older, others less. What is your sleep like? Difficulty actually falling asleep is an indicator of high whereas waking up through the night can be low. Sometimes there is nothing for it other than to slightly reduce for a few weeks and see if symptoms improve or get worse. That should then indicate if you were heading in the right direction or otherwise. So you could try snipping a bit off your patch.x

Thank you for clarifying that for me.
I tend to fall asleep quite easily but wake up in the middle of the night. So maybe mine is low. I will have to experiment with my patches. Lucie
