You don’t say old are you are MP or whereabouts in menopause you are, but could you ditch the mini pill? Alternatively you could try a different prog, lots of us cannot tolerate  noresthisterone and switch.

I am 47. The GP put me on the HRT for a low mood and slightly raised FSH. However I did not have any other symptoms.
Secondly I am on a batch of diazapam and I believe both the progesterone and diazepam work on your gaba in the brain.
It is just a bit of a mess.
I think you can stop the progesterone without ( and go back on it) without it affecting you too much if you not on diazapam. But I am so all a bit messy and I feel so low.
I am taking big dips as I move on to the progesterone patches. I have had the pop pill for over 10 years. I just wish I could find some solutions
