You may need to add testosterone for libido. Are your other meno symptoms controlled?

The tablets are to keep the lining of your uterus thin. Without the progestin/progesterone it will build up, may cause problematic bleeding and put you at risk of uterine cancer.

Any woman with a uterus on HRT needs progesterone or progestin to keep the lining of the uterus thin so it doesn't build up when you take the estrogen.

If you are experiencing low libido, you may see improvement with optimal estrogen levels but you are likely to also need testosterone once you are settled on the estrogen and progestin.
