I really can’t add anymore to the already brilliant advice you have been given here, perhaps take a screen shot of this thread to remind you.
The regime that eventually worked for me was Vagifem pessary every morning, Ovestin used locally alongside moisturiser morning and night, one small tube of Ovestin can last me 3 months as I only use a half a pea sized amount.
My symptoms were chronic, very much like yours seem to be, its going to be trial and error but one VA treatment doesn’t seem enough to treat your severe symptoms in my opinion.
As the treatment starts to work you will plump up down there, in fact I saw a part of me come back that I hadn’t realised had disappeared, very weird!
Do give yourself a break from penetrative sex until you heal, its not going to help, but you are a brave lady carrying on 😊
