Hi all.. I’ve just started Qlaira to help balance my hormones, experiencing hot flushes.. irritability, weight gain.. foggy brain but I’m still having periods every 26 days (was 30)…
I’m 46 years old. I tried Eloine and although it was great to start with, I found it made me more grumpy.. when I stopped taking it I had horrendous flooding, almost like I’d suppressed my normal cycle for 6 months. I was wondering if any of you have tried Qlaira recently and what you thought of it. I’ve read all the other posts re Qlaira which offered some helpful info.
