Menopause cafes

Has anyone been to one? What was it like? There is one coming up locally in a few weeks and I think I may go. This forum is great but I don't really have anyone in real life I can chat to about this stuff.

I have never heard of this before. I hope you can go to the one opening up by you. It will be lovely for you to meet up with others in the same situation.  :)

There is a monthly cafe in the town where I live.
I am surprised really, as there isn't alot else!
Anyway, sadly I can't go, as I work Mon to Fri, but would love to go to one  :)

Maybe we should all try to find out where each other lives and arrange some kind of 'regional meet up' at a central place? (If people wanted to that is)   :)

This one is on a Saturday so hopefully will mean more people can come. It's been running for a while I think and seems to meet each month so hopefully means they get a good few regulars. I haven't spoken to the organiser yet.

I would be up for a regional meet if anyone is near me. I live in north Hampshire.
