Sorry I meant they thought I had it but when went in to look they found lots of issues and that's why I had to have it all removed and Endo was never mentioned after that.

Oh right. It's just that endo is notorious for being difficult to spot. Sometimes women even have laps to diagnose endo and the endo is missed - and found subsequently at the next surgery. Unless the surgeon is an endo specialist and really knows where to look and what to look for, it can easily be missed.

I've contacted my Dr but it's normally a 2 week wait for non emergency issues... And I feel like I would really benefit from a higher dose... I have some 75s here and I'm tempted to cut one in half and use that with my 100.. is that silly and dangerous... Should I just hold out... I'm very scared that my mental symptoms will return and it's giving me anxiety

You can pretty certainly experiment with your estrogen dose. Many doctors give patients the green light to find the dose that works for them.
I was started on 25 for 2 weeks, then told to go to 50 for 4-6 weeks and then increase every 4-6 weeks up to 100 if I felt symptoms continued.

Update... Dr called me and I'd putting me on 125 mg patches now, well my 100 and and extra 25mg one and sending me for blood tests to make sure my body is taking the HRT ok
