Hi all, not sure where to go next!
So I have been on patches for around 9 months and used Evorel Sequi where in the beginning great. Brain fog, anxiety, sweats, joint aches etc dampened down, then after around 5 months they started slowly coming back. So after speaking with my GP tried an extra half a patch. It is a pain cutting them up and working out, however now into my last month with joint pain back, anxiety, brain fog, insomnia etc starting to creep back in.

I also find that a day before changing the patch, that I flag and then on the day of change feel dizzy and just off sorts, then okay.
Not too sure where to go with it all?
I am peri, irregular periods, womb and bits intact.
Wondered if anyone can share their thoughts and experiences and next steps?
P.s waiting on GP appointment to discuss next steps.
