You are peri-menopause unless your periods have finished.
I feel weird a lot due to the mix of medication that I take to ease depression and anxiety. Plus a VitD capsule and something to ease heart burn.
As oestrogen levels drop muscles may become lax = aches and pains. The body may become dry: inside and out; deep in the ears, nostrils, skin, vagina
, scalp, eyes ..... DH and I use Nivea or 'vaseline' hand creams where necessary.
When I ache I find that 'nurofen' is enough to keep feelings away. Browse round. Make notes ;-)
Let us know how you get on. It can take 4-5 months B4 the body takes up the HRT regime which can be a bit Trial and Error.
