Sazzle, with the implants some improvements should be seen within a couple of weeks sometimes sooner and then more improvements as the implant is communilative and peeks around 6 - 8 weeks. Can you feel any lumps or anything around the area where it was implanted, not at the scar site? If you can feel them they are generally too shallow. I can feel mine if I press around about an inch or too up from the insert scar, it obviously depends if you are stood up or lying down when you prod around. We do need to ask the implant doctors to esquire about whether there is something wrong with the implants themselves.
