Hi Vicky,

For me I suffer with physical anxiety symptoms rather than mentally.

However I had COVID shortly before the anniversary of a heartbreaking loss in our family and so I was feeling emotional too but I did not put this down to COVID.

Who knows? I don’t over think these things and just take one day at a time where possible. Equally, feeling rotten with a virus is enough to get you down too.
