Hi
I've been on 100mg of ustrogen for about 8 months now. Sleep is finally settled.
Just now started getting cramps and brownish discharge. I'm so fed up as thought it was all settled.
I'm wondering if it too much progesterone now?  Anyone else had similar

Hi K I had to come off it as it made me very depressed just gone back on patches so will see how they go also going to see herbalist to see if she can counteract the symptoms
