Emuvate in an ointment base is usually what vulva dermatologists suggest, to be used for 3 weeks and then stopped ( skin cycle) . Use an an emollient wash, the blander the better, such as hydromol. allow at least 30 minutes after the steriod ointment before you put anything else on. Shower if possible, don't wear pantyliners, wash knickers in gentle washing powder at a high temp. Go knickerless. No rubbing.

We are all different, but I would advise not throwing the kitchen sink at it , as less is more.
