Hi Ladies,
I have been feeling really good on my patches (37.5). However the last few days I have felt very tired and body feels very tense with internal shaking. As I am peri menopausal, does anyone else find they feel worse at certain times of the month? I am on continuous Utrogestan and the mini pill, so no break needed. Not sure if my body still goes through a cycle even though no bleeding. I am wondering if I should increase patch to 50?
