Hi Lillith - I had exact same as you - was absolutely awful. I had a lightbulb moment as I’d lowered my estrogen to 75 patch from 1002 weeks before. I even went gp twice in one week to get urine tested as was SO bad. I went back to 100 patch and I swear overnight it went away - oh that and a weeks use of Ovestin ! I keep the ovestin for emergencies but haven’t had to use . I’d try a little estrogen increase - worth a go and may just be what you need to carry the utrogestan phase.

Jmargaret,  isn't it awful how the bladder gets symptoms from lack of estrogen. My urgency to have a wee has all but stopped but now I have intense itching down there right round to my bum. I don't know what is going on. I will have to try and make a Dr appointment if this carries on 😞
