Morning.

A change of water can cause hormones to alter.  MayB you are using too much 'extra' HRT at once, have you tried upping the dose a couple of times a week with a break between?

How R your periods behaving in general?  HRT can interrupt the cycle sometimes.  Not what you want on holiday!!!!

I wouldn't alter anything until back home.  Let us know how you get on?

(where R U)

I'm having the same problem.  Ive been on Oestrogel and Utrogestan quite happily for 4 years, but in the last year have had constant bleeding.  I've had all the scans and investigations and everything is fine. x

Dotty 4 years then bleeding it dont make sense does it they did tell me be4 it can be a side effect frim hrt   it finished me last night when i put a njce dress in ready 2 go out and it just poured from me i would if died if that had happened when i was out hope you get sorted, i was taking my hrt every evening and thwn i would bleed in morning then ease off throughout the day, so it looks like its to do with the hrt i jjst felt so good on this one xx
