Low folate(B9)

Morning ladies blood results indicate low B9, B12 i good range, does anyone take B9 and can recommend a good supplement? Hoping it will help with fatigue!

Hi Flan747

Yes I take folate. The one I use is Seeking Health folinic acid lozenges. I break in half and dissolve under tongue.
The symptom I have when I know my folate is low is nausea. x

Thank you Marchlove, I too suffer from nausea that maybe the answer, I always put everything down to the HRT? Xx
