Blimey, you would have thought that would be better known. We take hrt in part to our protect our bones and here we are damaging them.

I’ve now read that provera use as part of HRT is not recommended as it significantly increases the risk of breast cancer.

So does that mean the progesterone options long term, are only the Mirena and utrogestan? Why are provera and norethisterone mentioned on the BMS website, as options then ?
