Fluid detected during transvaginal scan
« on: May 03, 2022, 09:59:06 AM »

Hi everyone,
Today i had my scan .
I asked the Sonographer the thickness of my lining and she said 3 millimetres.
However she’s referring me to a Gynaecologist as she saw fluid during scan.
My last bleed was a week ago so not sure what that finding means or what type of fluid that is .
Has anyone had a scan and be told there’s fluid and what could that mean.
I asked her but she politely said she’s not a Dr .
Do now waiting to be referred but in meantime i would appreciate anyone input . Thanks
