Free, CPD accredited training is already out there from, for example, Louise Newson's Menopause Charity. It wouldn't even take a week. It's just a case of them finding the time and having the willingness to do it.

To be up to date with all the women's health concerns including VA , UTI's and vulva disease which goes with the menopause etc would be more than a couple of hours and should be in GP training to start with. Most GP's don't realize with perimenopause is unfortunately . I was not being literal.  x
