Hiya

Sorry for the late reply ... I did have that, Wed - Sat last week, so just over a month after I tested positive, 4 days of what felt like morning sickness, gut issues, then it disappeared as soon as it had appeared.  It's all a bit mysterious.  Overall, i feel fine now, but am still sleeping loads.

Don’t know too much about the covid connection, but Vitamin D is the most common vitamin deficiency and everyone I know who has been tested, including me, have been quite low. So I highly recommend, for your overall health, you get a test and then supplement if necessary, which is likely. It’s important for calcium absorption, along with other minerals and for immunity, so a key vitamin to be aware of. Often referred to as the happy hormone, I really think it’s important for menopause too! We don’t need anything else affecting our moods!!
