I am so unsure what to do
I hope that I can get some advice and see if this may cause some side effects for me.
My GP suggested that my estrogen might be low and that patch could provide more consistent supply, she prescribed Estradot 75.
This is at the moment not in stock so I started using 1 and the third sachet of Sandrena instead in the last five days. I can feel my breasts start feeling a bit tender again. I am so confused with all of that, after 5 months on 1mg I started having heart palpitations and sore breasts so initially i tried to lower Sandrena as you can see from my previous posts. I am also a bit fed up with the fatigue and low mood.
I am not sure if to carry on with Sandrena building up to 1,5 sachet or to change to Estradot when it becomes available. Would anyone be able to comment?
I tried to change the subject to keep to the same thread, hope this is the way to do it...
