Wobble 15 years after Full hysterectomy
« on: April 18, 2022, 02:34:08 AM »

Hi ladies, I had a full hysterectomy at the age of 30 years and put straight onto estrogen patches dose 100 and have been relatively ok. I was also give testosterone  5 years ago. I am now 45 But lately, I have been feeling angry, irritated but everything, low mood and just generally not myself and it makes me feel horrible to everyone around me. My estrogen level is 213 and my testosterone  is 0.2.  Any advice?

Hi,
It’s possible that you need more Oestrogen?
213 is quite a low reading, plus you have symptoms.
Maybe you are not absorbing the patches now and a different delivery method is required? Can you speak to your GP to see if you can try a different t product?

Good luck  :)

The symptoms you mention seem mostly related to low testosterone which just falls off completely after hysterectomy. Your reading is very low for having been on it five years. My reading, after daily Testogel, climbed from 1 to 2.4 which the specialist said sits nicely in mid-range. How often do you apply your testosterone? Agree with Nas that maybe absorption rather than dosage is the issue with your oestrogen. I only started absorbing once on Lenzetto after being through the floor even once ON patches and gel.
