Lightheaded
« on: April 04, 2022, 03:45:18 PM »

Hi I have been changed from the everol sequi to the everol conti only, I am really lightheaded since doing this, has anybody else experienced it as I'm not sure if it is the patches as I was having 2 weeks of the everol conti before so would have thought my body woukd be used to them. It is quite bad and I am now thinking whether I should just take the patch off and see if that stops it.
Has anybody else just suddenly stopped hrt?

Hia,

I wouldn't personally stop hrt and go cold turkey.

I think you'd be in effect asking for a ton of worse symptoms coming your way.

I do feel for you, I have had lightheadedness, it's unsettling especially when in shops which is when I had it. Mine righted itself after a few months.
I worked out it was something to do with menopause, not so much hrt but I didn't know for sure.

See what others say.
