I have my glass of juice beside me.   VitD is the most important extra apparently.  I restarted that recently to counter act any tiredness.

I don't peel them,I quarter them,then cut those bits in half and eat them like that,although I must say,it's not much fun when the juice runs down my chin and into my boobage area  ;D

We're both still testing positive, although my OHs line is barely there, so hopefully he will test negative tomorrow. 

Not reporting them any more. 

The texts are definitely from the NHS - they arrive seconds after we've reported the test, using the same code as the website.  They keep hassling us to 'download the app' so that our close contacts can be notified, but we don't have smartphones!  And no point anyway since we have no close contacts right now! 

Fortunately, we haven't spread it to anyone else.  We try to leave at least 3 days between meeting different people, and as our friend tested positive around 12 hours after meeting with us, it meant we hadn't seen anyone else since seeing him.  And we isolated as soon as we heard he'd tested positive
