Zoe COVID App and Menopause.
« on: March 25, 2022, 03:46:51 PM »

Hello ladies.

I see from Tim Spector's latest  YouTube video  that the Zoe App is gathering information from users on the menopause. I haven't fully signed up to the site but apparently some data is emerging that indicates that women with a lower BMI have fewer meno symptoms than larger women.  Despite a low BMI I still had many symptoms, some of which are persisting unfortunately but anyone  interested in learning more might want to check out the Zoe App.

Wishing you all well ladies.

K.

I don't believe that can be true as we know oestrogen is stored in fat cells. That's why our body changes shape - it's trying to store oestrogen.
